1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, damages during transit, or incorrect items received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized products.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.
Clearance or final sale items.
3. Refund Process
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect products.
If the replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
